I am an Associate (AIRPM) with The Property Institute (TPI), reflecting my commitment to professionalism, trust and high standards. Values I carry into my work supporting women through menopause.

Earlier in my career, while working within a housing association, I was the dedicated Domestic Violence Lead. I attended MARAC meetings alongside multi-agency professionals, supporting women affected by domestic abuse. I was honoured to receive an award from South Gloucestershire Council in recognition of my work helping women rebuild their lives.
These experiences deeply shaped my understanding of how life’s challenges can impact confidence, wellbeing, and identity. Insight that now underpins my compassionate approach to supporting women through menopause.
